WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?


Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
• Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
• All returns must be received within 7 days* of the date that you receive your order.
• Anything purchased on SALE is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
• Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
• Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
• Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
• Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
• Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
• You must pay for return Shipping


HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PACKAGE IS ON IT'S WAY?


Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. After your order has been processed and has left our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping and tracking information.  Please allow 3-4 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to be processed.  We suggest using the carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.




WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)


We take this matter very seriously and we will look into individual cases thoroughly. If your package has been confirmed as being delivered via USPS and you did not receive it, you must file a claim with USPS or  DHL.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you file a claim with USPS or DHL they will investigate the situation.  For further questions, please email info@houseofrefinment.com.



HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS


Once the order is submitted there is no way to change shipping information.  Please confirm all shipping information before submitting your order.
